Return & Exchange Policy: 

Decor Returns 

If bought in store: please pre- measure or inspect your item before purchasing to make sure you are satisfied because all sales are final. If item is found defective within 7 days of the purchase date, item may be exchanged for a store credit upon management’s approval and ONLY with in 7 days of purchase date.   We will only issue store credits! No cash or card refunds! We will not offer an exchange, refund or store credit for any item, for any reason if you have had more then 7 days! 

Shipped items: We thoroughly inspect all items before packaging and shipping to insure you are getting a quality product.  If any items arrive damaged, or get lost in the mail, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier! Keep all packing materials including the box, bubble, paper or mailer to file a claim with the mail carrier or for us to do so on your behalf.  The Cotton Mill Mercantile & Market is not responsible for any damaged or broken products that happen during shipping. We will not refund or exchange broken or lost items.  Also note that if you choose one day shipping then that means one day from the time it reaches the carrier. It takes 1-3 business days for us to process the order and get it over to the carrier. The Cotton Mill Mercantile & Market will not cover return shipping at this time.

**We will never issue any type of refunds, only store credit!  This is for any reason **

Lost Mail: The Cotton Mill Mercantile is NOT responsible for lost mail under any circumstances. You will NOT be refunded, sent a new item or given a store credit. You must file a claim with carrier and handle it with them, at that point it's out of our hands.

INSTORE PICKUP ITEMSafter choosing in store pickup we will have your item ready to be picked up the next day. You will have 2 weeks to pick up your order, after 2 weeks your item is restocked to the store and you will not be refunded for the item. SO PICK UP WITH IN 2 weeks OF PURCHASING. 

Damaged Product damage claims are to be filed with the delivery carrier. The Cotton Mill Mercantile & Market is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping under any circumstances! 

In store purchases are non refundable and we will not issue a store credit if damaged after leaving the store

Please check items for damages before purchasing or leaving the store!

Our store sells antiques, antique reproductions and new originals only. 

Most all products are handmade and will have imperfections and color variations. This is expected and is a natural result of the handmade process. Therefore this is not an acceptable reason for return and should be considered when purchasing.
